Returns and Exchange

At Kimoore Jewellery, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Customized or engraved items are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Product:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@kimoore.com within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of product and packaging

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Kimoore Jewellery reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility conditions.
